Probably everyone who has a bread machine in the house, at least once, but conducted some experiments on baking bread. My family loves the usual one, so I bake it all the time, sometimes changing the grade of flour. And today I decided to experiment and sintered bread with cheese and garlic in a bread machine(I have an LG stove).

To make bread with cheese and garlic in a bread machine, we need:

  • 160 ml of water or serum,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • 300 grams of flour (I took all-purpose flour, with it my bread comes out more magnificent, but you can also take the highest grade bakery),
  • 1 teaspoon of dry fast acting or 10-12 grams of live yeast,
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon dry milk
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of hard, not too salty cheese (I took Parmesan).

    This time I baked bread with live yeast, so I dissolved the yeast in warm (not hot) water. Dry instant yeast is added directly to the flour. Added olive oil.

    Sift the flour on top of the liquid, put salt, sugar and milk powder.

    • margarine - 2 tbsp. spoons;
    • yeast - 2 teaspoons;
    • dried garlic - 2 teaspoons;

    Cooking

    Add water, flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, margarine and yeast in the order indicated in the instructions for the bread machine. Select the main mode of your device, we have it "Basic Bread" and a light crust. Wait for the end of cooking signal, and then add grated cheese and spices on top of the loaf.
