The nominal volume of the boiler is 160 liters. Has three operating modes. The water is heated by the "steam-water jacket" method. If there is no water in the "steam-water jacket", the heating is automatically turned off. When draining the finished product, the boiler lid is fixed in the upper position. Drainage of the finished product occurs by overturning the cooking vessel using a "manual" drive.
Boiler body and brewing vessel are made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304. Upon request it is possible to manufacture the brewing vessel from acid-resistant AISI 316 steel.
