  • gas pressure reduction equipment;
  • equipment for gas balloon installations;
  • shut-off and safety fittings for gas holders;
  • components and accessories for gas distribution equipment.

GOK gas pressure reducing equipment

GOK gas pressure regulators, also called gas reducers, are used to reduce the high pressure under which liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vapors come from cylinders or gas tanks to a pressure acceptable for the operation of gas stoves, boilers, fireplaces, water heaters and other gas appliances.

The list of gas reducers manufactured by GOK includes first and second stage pressure regulators, two-stage reducers for gas tanks, as well as household reducers used both independently, for connecting a liquefied hydrocarbon gas cylinder directly to household appliances, and as part of gas-cylinder installations .

Reduction of gas pressure from cylinders to low pressure is carried out with the help of one-stage GOK regulators. Gas reducers are supplied to Russia for both steel and composite cylinders.

The decrease in pressure of gas vapors taken from gas holders occurs in two stages. First, the high pressure is reduced to an average level of 0.5-2.5 bar, and then to a low one, usually 37 or 50 mbar. This is done either with one two-stage gearbox, or with the help of two gearboxes - the first and second stages.

Two-stage reducers are used where the distance from the gas source to the end consumer is relatively small. The spaced method of pressure reduction is used in long and branched networks with high gas consumption. This is due to the fact that the throughput of the pipe directly depends on the pressure and its length, and when installing a two-stage gearbox on a gas tank, such networks would have to be created from pipes of a large cross section. When using spaced reducers, the first stage pressure regulator is connected to the LPG tank, and the second stage reducer is installed next to the consumer. Thus, not low, but medium pressure gas is transported through the pipeline.

Safety valves in GOK gearboxes

GOK gas reducers use Safety Relief Valves (SVV) and Safety Shutoff Valves (SVK). They protect the equipment from excessive gas pressure. The relief valve lets gas out of the gas pipeline until the pressure drops to normal, and the shut-off valve stops or limits the flow of gas from the cylinder or gas tank.

The shut-off valve does not always have time to respond quickly to a sharp pressure surge, and the disadvantage of the relief valve is that when it is triggered, gas is released into the atmosphere. If the amount of vented gas is small, this is not a problem, but if a large foreign particle enters or is damaged by the regulator's pressure reducing valve, the release of gas can be significant. A gas reducer equipped with safety valves of both types is free from these disadvantages.

GOK also manufactures equipment for gas-cylinder installations - systems of two or more liquefied gas cylinders that provide long-term and uninterrupted autonomous gas supply. The basic principle of the GOK gas-cylinder installation is the use of two so-called arms - the main and the backup. When the gas in the cylinders of the main arm runs out, the system switches to the backup. After that, empty cylinders can be disconnected and replaced with filled ones. So the main shoulder becomes the reserve, and the reserve - the main.

The main difficulty in implementing this principle is to switch the arms without interruptions in the gas supply and pressure surges, which can cause failures in the devices connected to it, or even completely disable them. For this, a special switching valve (valve) and a gas pressure regulator equipped with a PSK are used.

The switching valve can be manual or automatic. The automatic valve itself switches the gas extraction to the reserve arm when the pressure drops mainly below the set threshold, and when using the manual one, you must monitor this yourself. The gas pressure regulator included in the GOK gas cylinder system automatically maintains a stable low pressure at the outlet of the system, regardless of gas flow, fluctuations in inlet pressure and temperature. This ensures a continuous gas supply with constant parameters.

From two to ten cylinders can be included in the GOK gas-cylinder installation - 5 in each arm. Cylinders can be connected either with flexible hoses or with metal pipes. The GOK product range includes a variety of connectors, hoses, bends, tees and other accessories that allow you to create a cylinder system of the desired configuration.

Purpose of gas reducers

A gas reducer is equipment that serves to control the gas pressure at the outlet of the cylinder. In some cases, it can be used to reduce the pressure inside the tank. Without it, the gas consumption when opening the cylinder will be too large, moreover, this can lead to its leakage.

This type of equipment is used in various fields. At enterprises, gearboxes are necessary for autogenous work. They are also used in the construction industry and in everyday life for gas stoves.

With the help of GOK reducers, a stable pressure is maintained at the outlet of the tank, regardless of its temperature. Thus, the load on the gas supply devices is prevented.

GOK pressure regulators is a modern equipment for reducing the pressure of liquefied gas, which is made in Germany from high quality components and materials.

The most widely used in Russia are gas pressure regulators used in autonomous gasification systems for private houses: these are second-stage regulators for systems with spaced reduction and two-stage pressure regulators for GOK with a capacity of 12 and 24 kg / h for a gas tank.

Gas pressure regulators for GOK gas tanks

Gas pressure regulator GOK BHK/K EFV with maximum safety

In autonomous gas supply systems for private houses, two-stage pressure regulators, which are a combination of pressure regulators of the first and second stages, have found the greatest use. These GOK gas reducers are designed to reduce the high pressure of the LPG vapor phase taken from the gas tank and maintain the low outlet pressure within the specified limits. GOK gas pressure regulators provide reliable reduction, stable outlet pressure and uninterrupted gas supply even in the most severe frosts.

Regulator GOK BHK/K EFV

V gas pressure regulator GOK BHK/K EFV embedded safety relief valve (PSK), relieving outlet pressure when it rises as a result of heating of the gas pipeline or a malfunction of the reducer, and combined safety shut-off valve (PZK), triggered by an emergency increase (OPSO) or decrease (UPSO) pressure. This type of regulator provides the maximum level of safety for the autonomous gas supply system.

GOK 052- these are those unpretentious "red gearboxes" for a gas tank that work stably in any frost. In the regulator with a capacity of 12 kg / h, only the PSC is integrated, and in the version with a gas flow rate of up to 24 kg / h, in addition to the PSC, an overpressure shut-off valve (OPSO) is integrated.

it is used almost everywhere where gas equipment is installed, namely in combustible or inert gas devices. The most common is the gearbox for a gas cylinder. In the people, he received the name "frog". It is especially in demand among owners of autonomous heating, for whom connection to a centralized gas supply is impossible for one reason or another. Connecting directly without a "frog" can lead to disastrous consequences. This is especially true for cylinders with compressed gas, which is under a pressure of 250 bar. The cost of a gearbox for a gas tank can be ten times less than the cost of eliminating the consequences of a possible disaster. Motorists whose cars are equipped with gas equipment are also familiar with gearboxes. Liquefied or compressed gas in the car mechanism passes through the propane-butane / methane mixture reducer, and only then enters the carburetor / injector. In industry, such a gearbox is used in places of transition from large gas pipelines to local networks. It is in such cases that a significant reduction in pressure is needed. Reducers are classified according to:. bandwidth; . gas pressure at the inlet; . working pressure; . mass. Moreover, all types have a fundamentally similar device. They differ only in the dimensions of their parts and structural details. "TD Leader" offers high-quality gas reducers for various types of gas tanks. Each product has a certificate of quality and an acceptable price. You can get answers to your questions and help in choosing a device from our managers by calling them at the numbers listed on the site. We are always glad to new customers!
