Where can I get more information about traffic police fines? The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation on the limitation period. How to pay traffic police fines using a decree

So, in the case of a recorded violation of traffic rules, the owner of the car receives a registered letter with a decision on the offense at his home address. The decision was assigned a serial number, which can be found at the very top of the document. This is the UIN we need.

Front side:

Reverse side:

What gives us this knowledge? According to UIN (protocol on administrative violation), a motorist can:

  1. Find out what the fine came for. Having only the order number, you can easily find out the details of the violation. This can be done by contacting one of the online services for working with citizens, for example, the State Services portal.
  2. Find photo and/or video violations. Photo or video materials from the scene of traffic violations serve as the main evidence of the offense. Thus, the car owner has the right to have access to photo and video materials of the case. However, not all online portals provide this kind of data. You can get a detailed "report" from the scene of the violation on the website of the traffic police.
  3. Determine the place where the driver violated traffic rules. A number of portals provide visual and comprehensive information about the violation. For example, on the Autocode portal, the information includes the article, address, and date of the violation.

How to see what the protocol is issued for?

In the very number of the traffic police decree, information is encrypted that can tell a lot. The first four digits are needed to determine the division of the State traffic inspectorate that issued the fine. Fifth and sixth - indicate the fine payment code and the type of document.

If you see that there is 1 in the decision, then this means that the traffic violation was monitored by video cameras, and if 3, that it was issued by a traffic police officer.

The resolution number also contains region codes, years of manufacture of the form, date and serial number of the document. For an ordinary driver, such information is of little use, but if, for example, you don’t remember at all where you violated traffic rules and how it was recorded, then decoding the code may come in handy.

Is it possible to check the UIN online and where can I see a photo of the violation?

Now let's find out how to get information about a violation on different portals for free using the UIN code.

Check on the traffic police website with a photo

It will not be possible to obtain the information we need on the traffic police website only by UIN. To check the information, do the following:

Search through the State Services portal by receipt

Feature of the portal - all functions are available only to registered users. At the same time, the registration procedure implies the identification of a person through the verification of documents. For those who are already registered on the portal, the procedure is simple.

It is worth noting that the site provides very little information about the violation. You can find information only about the amount of the fine, as well as about the regional traffic police department, to which the funds will go. Photo and video recording from the camera is not provided.

Find via Yandex.Money

Yandex offers car enthusiasts to subscribe to the traffic police traffic fine notifications via SMS. For those motorists who prefer to work with e-mail, the service of receiving letters about violations by e-mail is available.

Please note that payment of traffic police fines through Yandex is made within 1-2 days and is paid. The amount of remuneration for using the service is 1% of the transfer amount.

Get information via Autocode

Please note that this portal requires mandatory registration. Unlike the State Services portal, the procedure is quite simple. Required to choose from:

  • enter the data of your SNILS;
  • log in to the system through an account on the website of the State Service;
  • come up with a unique login and password separately for the Autocode website;
  • log in using an electronic signature.

To find a fine by the order number and see a photo of the violation:

View through the traffic fines application

All the necessary information can be obtained by installing the Traffic Fines application on your phone. The application has a user-friendly interface for both iOS and Android platforms.

Before you start working with the application, you must go through the authorization procedure. The procedure is very simple: you need to enter the vehicle registration number or driver's license number.

After that, all your violations will become available in the "Penalties" tab.

You can also pay a fine by the order number. To do this, in the "Penalties" tab, the corresponding item "Checking fines" is provided.

In addition to these portals, on the network you will find dozens of different sites offering services for checking fines online. be careful, quite often these sites show the absence of fines, including UIN, which is fraught with serious consequences for the motorist. You should check this kind of information on trusted sites.

Should I pay a traffic fine?

Sometimes fines for violations in the aggregate run up to a large amount. The option of simply not paying these fines is fraught with consequences up to the restriction of travel abroad (Article 67 of Law N 229-FZ of 02.10.07). However, in some cases, the fine can be appealed.

The grounds for contesting the fine are the following cases:

  • The photo in the letter does not show your car. Such cases are not uncommon. This is due to the fact that the camera cannot always correctly recognize the car number.
  • It is not possible to identify license plates from the attached photo.
  • The car owner was not driving at the time of the violation. The owner is released from liability if he confirms that at the time of shooting the car was stolen or it was used / owned by another person (Article 2.6.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

If you decide to appeal the decision, then You can file an appeal:

  1. To the traffic police inspector who issued the decision (the contacts of the official are indicated in the decision itself).
  2. A higher official in the traffic police department.
  3. Directly to the court at the place where the decision was made.

The application itself is made in free form and must contain the following information:

  • Details of the official to whom the complaint is directed;
  • Applicant details;
  • Date and number of the appealed decision;
  • Request to cancel the decision;
  • Motivation of the complaint (describe the reasons for reconsidering the decision);
  • List of attached documents (copy of the decision, documents confirming your correctness, etc.);
  • Date of compilation and signature of the applicant.

Traffic police fines do not please anyone, as well as the need to pay for them. Given that many databases, incl. and government services, repeatedly "merged" into the Internet, then our citizens quite naturally developed a distrust of mailing lists with various receipts. Moreover, regardless of how completely the information is presented there.

On Russian roads, special technical means of photo and video recording have been installed for a long time. Based on the materials received by them, the traffic police inspector makes a decision on the imposition of a fine. This phenomenon has become commonplace. But is it possible to get clarifying information about the fines of the traffic police by the number of the decision with a photo? What services do online services provide?

Receiving a decision by mail

The decision itself comes by registered mail to the home address of the owner of the car involved in the offense. The letter consists of just one double-sided document, which contains all the necessary information and can be used as a payment receipt.

It looks like this:

You can find out when and what happened. There are links to legislation, and it is also indicated who made the decision to impose a punishment. From a technical point of view, we are primarily interested in ordinal number of the decision, placed at the very top of the document - this is the so-called WIN.

The reverse side contains photographic materials obtained using a licensed technical means of photographic fixation:

On it, the “lucky ones” can see a photo of their car at the time of the traffic violation.

It is also possible to pay the appointed fine, even at the post office itself, where you receive this very “letter of happiness”. But we will not do this. Not now.

The Internet is replete with all sorts of online services and resources that position themselves as intermediaries between the traffic police and drivers, there are even separate mobile applications that you can install on your smartphone.

We must also not forget that the traffic police itself, which has a section "online services".

We will consider several possible options for checking the information provided to us in the notice, namely, we will try to look at the fine by the order number with a photo on various sites and applications.

It would be interesting to find a banal confirmation of the authenticity of the document itself, as well as to find out what other related services can be obtained remotely (payment, appeal, etc.).

We are trying to find a fine on the traffic police website by the number of the decision with a photo

Traditionally ascetic, and frankly speaking, rather outdated interface of the official website of the traffic police (gibdd.ru), while being intuitive. We are interested in the section "Online traffic police services" - "Checking fines" (in the right sidebar):

At the same time, it is immediately clear that we will not be able to use the UIN from the notice.

It is proposed to indicate only the state registration plate and the vehicle registration certificate. By entering the necessary data and "captcha", we get information about the available fines:

The only active button allows you to pay the debt. But that's not all. By clicking on the camera icon, we get the opportunity to take another look at the photo of our car during the offense:

Photographic materials serve as evidence of guilt, starting from July 1, 2008. The basis for this is the Federal Law of July 24, 2007 No. FZ-210. Everything is very clear here, although it is extremely sparingly stated.

Now let's turn to other sites.

Through the website of the State Service

The portal gosuslugi.ru is a link between a number of government departments that, one way or another, interact with the population. There is also the possibility of checking existing fines for traffic violations at the State Services.

It is worth noting that this service is in the popular section:

Everything else will require you to log in. You cannot simply register on the State Services portal using e-mail - you will need to use identification documents. But if you already have an account, then the service will be available to you. Here is a short description of it:

By clicking "Get a service", you are faced with a choice of which data to use. We are interested in UIN:

Unfortunately, the site provides extremely scarce information about the offense. We can only see the amount of the fine, as well as the regional traffic police department, to which the funds will go:

As you can see, even such a large site as the State Services does not provide an opportunity to see a photo of a traffic violation by the number of the traffic police decision. In other words, it will not be possible to view the photographic materials attached to the Resolution received by mail on the State Services portal. There is no “comprehensive” information here either, but only the opportunity to pay a fine is provided.

Search for a fine by the number of the traffic police decision on the Autocode portal

A popular and well-known among Muscovites website Autocode (avtokod.mos.ru) provides a range of services for car owners. One of the most popular is getting comprehensive information about the offenses committed on the road and checking fines according to the decision with a photo.

The interface of the Autocode portal is intuitive and understandable to everyone. We are interested in the section "Violations and fines":

  • enter the data of your SNILS;
  • log in to the system through an account on the website of the State Service;
  • come up with a unique login and password separately for the Autocode website;
  • log in using an electronic signature.

After that, you need to specify either the data on the driver's license or the certificate of registration of the vehicle:

After a short check, you will receive comprehensive information online: what is the penalty for by the order number (for all existing violations) and accumulated debts.

You can find out for what violation the fine of the traffic police was assigned, the coordinates of the place of the violation, see a photo of the violation and even print a receipt with all the necessary details for payment.

note that all completeness of information is available only to residents of Moscow, as indicated in the information block of the site.

One can only hope that such online services will soon be available throughout the country, and not just in the metropolitan area.

Information about the fine by the order number through the A3 payment service

This A3 system (a-3.ru/pay_gibdd) offers to search for an administrative fine by the order number, as well as the subsequent payment of the traffic police fine, as one of the advantages over competitors.

A3 can certainly be trusted, because. Alfa-Bank, leading Russian cellular operators and several hundred other enterprises across the country are among the partners of the resource.

The traffic police fines page looks like this:

It is offered the opportunity to check the fine online both by the decision number (UIN) and the data of the driver (or car).

After entering the twenty-digit order number, the following information appears:

As you can see, we were not provided with any special details, such as the exact time, the violated article and photographic materials of the incident. However, there is a number of information indicating that the fine is still real:

  • registration number of the vehicle (on the first line);
  • the exact date of the incident, as well as the region of the violation, which is easy to determine by the recipient of the future payment;
  • there is also the exact amount highlighted in red.

The site reminds you that you need to enter your information, otherwise the payment of the fine will not be counted, which is true, although I am ready to accept anything:

They offer to pay by card (there are no other options):

Accordingly, at this stage, no connection and reconciliation with the traffic police databases is carried out. This is not surprising, because. the site is purely payment and does not promise anything more.

Through the mobile application "Penalties of traffic rules"

All of the above can be done using a mobile phone. We did not check how the sites listed above work in the phone interface, because they were originally created for a desktop PC. For lovers of modern mobile gadgets, there are special applications.

One of them is called "SDA fines". It is the most popular, and the reviews are mostly positive. After downloading and installing everything works like this (on Android):

We are interested in verification and payment. There are 2 ways to search for a traffic police fine:

Information is given, again, extremely scarce. First, all the penalties are:

By clicking on a specific violation, we get a transcript:

There are no photos of traffic violations received from traffic police cameras. Region, approximate date and nothing else. Of course, the amount of the fine is indicated and the ability to immediately pay it using the application.

Summing up

Only one thing can be said with certainty - there will never be any problems with paying your fines to the traffic police. Without exception, all online services that we managed to view are focused specifically on the financial side of the issue.

Regardless of how you are going to repay, there is a way. It could be:

  • bank card (must be registered);
  • electronic wallet of one of the supported electronic money systems;
  • mobile phone account.

It is also proposed to print a receipt for payment and pay the fine "the old fashioned way".

As we have seen, sites are ready to take payments from anyone, although they themselves warn that debts on fines of the traffic police should be repaid only by the person to whom they were issued.

You cannot blame them for this, because they do not promise any legal assistance / support, or any explanation of what this fine was issued for. They offer the possibility of payment, and, admittedly, they cope with their work.

Most residents of the Russian Federation will be able to find photos of traffic violations by the number of the decree only on the official website of the traffic police (for residents of Moscow, this is also the Autocode portal). We don't see anything wrong with that. It would be strange if such "intimate" information was publicly available to all Internet users around the world.

When preparing the article, we also tested several other unofficial sites that search engines issued on request “checking fines according to the traffic police order online”.

They were remembered by the fact that they showed a complete absence of fines, which is not true. For the purity of the experiment, we obviously took the real decision of the traffic police on the still unpaid fine. Thus, if we really did not know about our fines and used only these resources, we would be completely sure that we are “clean” before the law and do not owe the state anything.

We advise on the official website before buying a used vehicle.

What types of vehicles are in the rules of the road.

What you need to know if you are going to make changes to the design of the car.

    I paid the fine via the Internet, but I need to find out for how much, since the orders come to the old address, and I don’t live there.

    Paul

    But if a letter about the offense did not come at all, a year later the bailiffs began to collect the debt, if there is a chance to sue a fine for improper notification. I didn't know anything!

    Maria

    The main thing is not to delay to pay a fine with a 50% discount. Often the data is not entered into the database on time. I pay through Sberbank online, always up-to-date information

    Anna

    My husband registered on one unofficial site, mistakenly indicated the wrong TCP number. Missed one number. Now every month fines are sent to the e-mail, which he allegedly ran into in Moscow, although we do not live there. On the website of the traffic police, these fines are not. FRAUD!!!

    Ivan

    Yes, everything is simple - go to the official website of the traffic police, after entering the data, everything is there and unpaid fines, and time, and a photo of your car.

    Elisha

    The most convenient way to monitor your fines, in my opinion, is the State Services website. If you set the necessary alerts in your profile, then as soon as a fine is issued, either an SMS or an email, or both, immediately arrives. Here you certainly will not miss the grace period for a fifty percent discount on the fine. And you can pay right there. They also accept cards and various electronic payments, and the amount will immediately automatically be less than half of the "50%" promotion. There is one minus - they take a commission. Not big, but still. In my opinion, very fast and convenient!

    Anton

    I check the fines in Sberbank Online also by the SRTS number and by the resolution number. Yes, there are no photos of the offense, but Sberbank does not take commissions, it automatically sets a discount.

    Julia

    Previously, SMS immediately came that the decision had been issued and the number was immediately on hand. After the introduction of the grace period for payment, SMS stopped coming ... Surprise, I found a fine in the mailbox, I had to pay in full. Now I downloaded the application on my phone, I'll check how everything works in it. So far, only the notification was that I have been driving for three months without fines)

    Marina

    I use the application, it is always convenient and notifications are sent immediately, so if there is a fine, I already know before it arrives in the mail, it also allows me to pay the fine with a 50 percent discount.

    Olga

    I made it a rule to check the presence of fines at the Sberbank ATM from the first to the fifth day of each month. If so, I pay right away. They don't take commissions and I pay at a discount. Be sure to take a check just in case.

    Paul

    Now I have registered on the website of the State Services, but there was a time when I already learned about the existence of a violation from bailiffs. The traffic police issued fines, there were some court cases, then the cases were sent to our city and the bailiffs were already looking for a malicious non-payer. It has been 1.5 years since the violation. No appeals to the courts with complaints helped, the traffic cops assured the judges that they notified me in accordance with all the rules through the mail. And the post office assured that it delivered the receipts on time. Only one I did not see anything in the mailbox, but who is such a simple driver against the state machine. I had to pay fine + fine on fine. From now on, sometimes I go to the State Services! 😉

    Lyokha

    From experience I can say that such a check is qualitative and objective. There are many resources on the net that provide such services and it is not difficult to find out if you have problems. Indeed, you need to pay as soon as possible to get a discount. But situations are different. Since 2015, I have had a fine for an accident, although it was paid on time. For some reason, the traffic police did not write off. I regularly come to the local branch, they regularly promise me to correct the mistake, but the fine still hangs. Either their computers are buggy, or their bases hang, or there is no electricity - a million reasons. Hope I can get them this year :)

    Alka

    I didn’t even know that there are so many services, I’m used to always paying through the State Services, and you can be in time at a discount. The main thing is that the “letter of happiness” reaches the addressee, otherwise there are cases when there is a fine, but you are not aware of it. I also had a case when a friend with a rod issued a fine, but nowhere did it surface for me even after half a year.

    Evgeniy

    Oh, this post of Russia! I am registered and live in the countryside, I often travel to the city. A year ago, when there was no Internet, I learned about speed fines from cameras from letters that came by mail. It is 45 km to the city, the city is the regional center of the Central Federal District, the letter sometimes takes TWO WEEKS!!! I am a supporter of the idea of paying fines with a 50% discount in the first 20 days, and so sometimes I didn’t even have time to pay (either I strained with work, then I did chores at home). I just want to look into the eyes of those postmen who crawl, probably under enemy fire, with a bag to overweight overcome these 45 km in 12-14 days !! With the Internet, it has become much easier - the State Services immediately signal to my phone about the fine issued.

    Sergei

    If it is very easy to pay the fine now, not as we used to have to fill out, stand in line at Sberbank, then we are not insured against mistakes by registrars and the traffic police. If through the registrar a violation of a car with dirty numbers is not your car, but similar in numbers and brand, then you can also be sent a fine. Naturally, it can be challenged, but it takes a very long time. And if you are on a long trip and for some reason could not submit an application - the deadline for submission is 10 days from the date of issue. As a result, the decision will get bailiffs and complicate the procedure. Sometimes it's even better to pay the fine "for that guy." Everything happens due to the fact that our legislators first of all see only profit, and the human factor does not concern them!

    Denis

    It is more convenient for me to pay and check fines through the State Services. All information is updated quickly. And there is no option that you will end up on some kind of fraudulent site.

    Oleg

    The most convenient way is to check fines through the website of the State Service. Firstly, it allows you to receive SMS, e-mails, i.e. any notifications that allow you not to miss this fine and use the grace period for its payment, i.e. receive a 50% discount on the fine. You can also pay on this site. On the site, by the way, the payment automatically takes into account the grace period. True, only there is a small commission. Now, however, many services have appeared that also allow you to find out all the parameters of the fine: this is the traffic police website, which is very convenient, by the way, I also installed the Tinkoff banking application on my phone (I use its services) and the fines come to me in full full infoy and photo and most importantly very quickly, so I always have time to use the grace period.
    There is also an Internet resource, in my opinion very convenient - this is login.mos.ru. Here you only need the number of the resolution and in a minute you will know about all your debts to the State traffic inspectorate. This site is in no way inferior to the official part of the traffic police. There is also the Moishtrafy.ru website, but its drawback is that, firstly, it costs 150 rubles for registration. and there are not all regions of Russia, but only the Krasnodar Territory, the Lipetsk Region, the Tula Region, the Stavropol Territory, the Ryazan Region, the Voronezh Region, the Republic of Adygea, the Tambov Region.

    Nicholas

    A comrade once asked to verify the authenticity of the "letter of happiness". A registered letter arrived, there, as expected, there was all the information, with a photo, but with the time and place of the offense, there was a discrepancy. In the photo is his car, his number, but he could not be there by default. Firstly, far away, and secondly, we were at work together that day and just on his car they changed the front struts. We searched on the Internet - no information, I did not remember the sites, it makes no sense. But there was a fine at the State Services, but there you can only pay, there is no detailed information. In short, we found nothing in favor of our rightness. After that, he went to the traffic police, where they also showed him that there was a violation, offered to pay, and then prove his case through the court. But this option, to be honest, somehow did not suit. I heard that there may be identical numbers, how this is done, I don’t know, but the fact takes place. But for the make and number of the car to match, I saw for the first time. The photo is black and white, the color of the car is light, we tried to find a photo in color, but we didn’t even find the sent resolution. The result is sad - a person paid a fine for speeding, which he physically could not commit. I did not file a lawsuit, you will waste time and money that no one will return. But if there was something serious, crushed someone and disappeared? How to proceed in this case? Taking pictures of your car every day with the date and time is probably the only way to prove something.

    Laura

    Unfortunately, it’s impossible to drive without violations at all, and fines come from time to time. I dealt with them and paid, of course, over the Web. The experience of "cooperation" was with two resources: the official website of the traffic police and the State Service. Well, the most popular at the moment. From office the site of the traffic police did not work - information about the violation was found, but the site crashed the next time the page was updated. I waited a bit, tried again - all the same. I don’t know what the problems were there, but my experience turned out to be negative and I didn’t pay through it anymore, although my friends say that it seems to be working fine. But everything went through the State Services without any problems, and now if something comes up, I work through this service. It makes no sense to describe in detail how everything works there, what to click, where to send it makes no sense, here all this information is presented quite accessible. They also say that you can check and pay through Sberbank-online, which is also convenient and without commission. I do not know, I have not tried it. In general, you should try not to violate traffic rules and then there will definitely be no problems with paying fines)) It is clear that it is difficult not to violate, but possible. Use video recorders, radar detectors, learn the rules, don't thump while driving, don't lose concentration - and you will be happy))

    Anton

    When cameras for photographing traffic rules were installed on all the roads of the region, life became more fun. And when cameras began to be used, installed anywhere on the road, behind various shelters, and even these cameras were used by some people who monitor their cameras and have a personal selfish interest in fixing violations, life became even more fun.
    And they sent registered letters to the drivers with receipts for paying fines. We, among the drivers, quickly began to call them "Letters of happiness." I began to receive such letters. The first one just stupidly went and paid, the speed of movement in that place was really exceeded by me. But when I received a letter containing a receipt for paying a fine for exceeding the speed of the car by two kilometers from the set speed, I was indignant and did not pay. It was a shame that I was driving a seven in a Zhiguli at a speed of 42 kilometers per hour, and with a sign it was allowed to drive 40. It would be more expensive for me to sue and sort out this issue, I simply did not pay. It seemed to me that this fine was just someone's joke. I still couldn’t check on the traffic police website, I didn’t know how, so I continued not to pay until a notice came from the bailiffs about a possible forced payment of a fine. Now I knew for sure that the fine was still imposed by the traffic police, so I went and paid. And now I am registered on the State Services website, but fines come very rarely.

    Alexander

    Probably only those who have never driven behind the wheel probably did not receive such letters. Although I try to drive carefully, to comply with traffic rules, I have already received notifications of microscopic speeding a couple of times. If not for video recording, would it be possible to agree with the inspector? Probably you can. Maybe even without money. But now the alignment is different and you have to get used to it. I can't say anything bad about the fact of checking the fines according to the decree. I checked on several resources, including those presented here - all the information is found, is true and you can’t make any claims against anyone. Is it just to yourself that you need to drive more carefully. Of all the resources, I trust the official website of the traffic police the most. But this is a purely subjective opinion, I do not impose on anyone. It is important to pay as early as possible - and the soul is calmer, and the discount is decent. You can also install various applications on your phone. In this case, information about your violations comes even faster and paying fines is a little easier. There is no doubt that such resources greatly save both time and money, and exhausted nerves. There are constant queues in the traffic police departments, the inspectors are always busy with some urgent matters. So the choice is obvious.

    Julia

    I have been using the application for more than a year, as they come late from the traffic police. I subscribed to the newsletter and I received an email. I pay fines with a 50 percent discount.

    Anatoly

    When the mail came to me again at the end of the year, I received a letter with it. For a long time I could not understand where it came from. Opened it, it turned out that the envelope contained a formidable paper about the indisputable collection of a fine for violating traffic rules in the amount of 500 rubles, plus interest for non-payment on time, as well as interest for the diligence of the bailiff service. The letter came on their letterhead, and I realized that it was not worth discussing with these guys, it was better to pay voluntarily. The letter indicated the website of the service, through which it was possible to pay the amount indicated in the letter, and if you pay voluntarily before December 25, then you do not have to pay the amount of interest. Of course, without leaving home, I paid the amount indicated in the letter. But, for what actually the fine? - all the time I was tormented by the question. The receipt with the fine, which came to me by mail earlier, was paid by me a long time ago. On the site of bailiffs, one could only find the number of the decision to impose a fine with the date. It was by this number of the resolution that I began to search on other resources on the Internet for the content of the resolution itself. I didn't find it right away. I couldn’t do this on the traffic police website, and then I decided to try to find this decree through the State Services website. And what did you think, I found, read and remembered that in the summer I really committed a violation, exceeded the speed limit. It is good that even by the order number this can be done today without leaving home.

    Tanya

    I pay fines through the State Services portal. Very convenient and no need to go to the bank. This is the official site and no cheating. The fine will be paid and a confirmation message will be sent back.

    Vladimir

    I have never received a fine in the mailbox. When I registered at the State Services, I immediately discovered two old fines, which I didn’t know about at all. Paid online. There you can see when and for what, even watched the video. It's a shame that if I had found out about them right away, I could have paid at a discount, but I had to pay the full price. Now every month I go and check regularly.

    Alexei

    I think that of all the potential situations and problems where it is possible to use online resources, checking by the number of the decision is the most reliable and objective. I've never heard anyone complain that they couldn't get that kind of information. I always use the State Services website. It's just that in addition to fines, a bunch of other issues can be resolved, moreover, not trying to solve it, but actually doing it. Very comfortably. Data from cameras about violations enters the databases in a very timely manner, so it is possible to pay a fine at a discount. I did not have situations when a fine came erroneously (that is, for a violation that I did not commit). There were a couple of cases when someone complained about this, but I think the guys are a little cunning. So you can safely trust the State Services. Photos of violations are indeed on the official website of the traffic police. I can’t say anything about the traffic police website and Autocode - I didn’t use their services. Never visited other sites either. Well, I can support some comments that we should try to violate traffic rules less, and health, and money, and nerves will be more whole. By the way, I heard in passing that they were going to launch a new online project like State Services, only a little more advanced. It will be even more convenient. Wait and see.

    Why does the traffic police not indicate the case number in the shipping address?
    Letters of happiness by mail come after a 20-day grace period and the fine has to be paid in full.

    Paul

    If I managed to file an appeal or appeal to the court within 10 days, I do not lose the grace period for paying a fine of 50%, or if you sue, if you please pay in full? Who has already sued, please advise!

    novel

    I pay fines (although they are rare) through the public services website, saving 30 rubles on bank commissions! A trifle, but nice, and even if the decision comes from another region, you can be late with a 50% payment discount. And on the website of the State Service, the fine is posted immediately!

    Igor

    It is easy to find out for what a fine was received by the number of the decision. I always received a fine by mail, ie. in the form of a piece of paper, where all the information is written. Thus, I immediately see the reason for issuing a fine and see a photo of my car and the place where it was taken. If I really want to clarify something, then I go to the site “Checking fines of the traffic police” or the official website of the traffic police. Next, I open the “Services” field, look for “Checking traffic police fines”, enter my car number and registration number of the TCP, click “Request” and look at the table.
    I am interested in the column "Resolution" because it contains the number of the decision. Next, I check the number and what kind of penalty corresponds to it. You can click on column three and then get the full details of the violation and a link to the Code of Administrative Offenses.
    Also, information on the decision number can also be found on third-party resources, however, for my own safety and peace of mind in the future, I only use the official website of the traffic police, as you can run into scammers.
    I pay fines only through the public services website, this is another way to make sure that the fine is correct, since it duplicates all the data.

    Paul

    Only through the court! In the complaint you write that you want to see the very fact of your violation of traffic rules (photo fixation) and the court will oblige the traffic police to provide this document. If it, for some reason, is not there, then there will be no punishment!

    Andrey

    By the number of the decision, you can find your fine without any problems on the State Services, and not just on the traffic police website. But why, if the decision has already been issued, the rules have been violated and formalized. Pay faster with 50% discount!

    Vladimir

    Yes, now you don’t even need to look, you just go to the public services website and it issues all the fines right away.
    By the way, I also tried through other sites, but only public services showed 2 fines, which turn out to have been already 7 months ago. There you can even look at photos and videos from the intersection.
    Since then, I check once a month so that I can pay if anything with a 50% discount.

    Vladimir

    For me personally, it is very convenient (but very unpleasant) to receive fines online. I use Tinkoff bank and subscribed to receive fines in their application (I think that other banks have the same service). A notification comes to the application with all the details and a link to the traffic police website, where you can see more detailed information and a photo of your car. In the same place in the application, you can pay everything without a commission. I advise everyone.

    Igor Ch.

    I have been using for many years only the official website of the traffic police. Considering that the letters of "happiness" do not always reach or arrive at the wrong time, I myself check their presence once or twice a week. I pay right there. Everything is quite accessible and understandable. The main thing is to pay everything on time, then there will be no problems. I mostly get fines for speeding, but not by much.

    Boris

    Now it’s conveniently done, you can find out about the fine via the Internet, on the same official website of the traffic police. There used to be such a scam, they could film you, and then send a letter with a receipt, allegedly you exceeded the speed limit, only the details of some individual entrepreneur Kolobkov are there, so you need to be careful with letters, and everything is clear on official sites.

    Evgeniy

    If you wait until it arrives in the mailbox, then you will overstay all the deadlines, and the fine may not come at all.
    I tried to use all the services, but the State Services are better and faster than others. How to break it, in a week it will definitely be there and pay at a discount. Now every week I go once and that's it. The easiest way is to install the application on your phone and then you will definitely not forget to log in.

    novel

    Sometimes you go and it seems that you violated where the camera is hanging, after five days I go to the traffic police website and check if there is a fine, periodically I also check if I don’t feel any reason, there is a grace period of 20 days when you can only pay half the fine , then it doesn't hurt so badly.

Instruction

For non-payment, you may not even be allowed to leave the country on vacation. And the debtor may not even know that he has to pay something. That is why it is important to ask in a timely manner whether any offenses have been committed for which a fine could be charged. Administrative offenses entail two types of punishments. The Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation strictly defines punishment in the form of a fixed amount of a fine. But there are also, the exact amount of which is not indicated, but there is an interval between the minimum and maximum amount. Here, the employee who imposed the penalty determines how much the violator should pay. For the commission of an administrative offense, a fee of at least 100 rubles is charged. The maximum amount varies depending on who broke the law. If an unlawful act was committed by an organization, then the maximum amount of the fine cannot exceed 1,000,000 rubles. Officials, when committing unlawful acts, may be held liable to pay a fine in the amount of not more than 50,000 rubles. And for individuals, the maximum threshold should not exceed 5,000 rubles.

2 months are given to pay the fine for an administrative offense. As a rule, this is enough for most citizens. But if during this period it was not possible to pay the fine, then the legislation of the Russian Federation also recognizes this as an administrative offense as a result of which consequences arise. The culprit, who did not pay the fine within the established time limits, will have to pay the same fine, but in double size. This rule is specified in the Code of Administrative Offenses in Article 20.25. If after that the offender has not paid the fine, then the case is transferred to the bailiff service. Now, on the side of the law, it is possible to forcibly recover the unpaid amount from the debtor by seizing property or a bank card. In addition, the bailiffs also impose on the debtor the payment of an enforcement fee - 7% of the amount of the fine, but not less than 500 rubles. If they do not affect the defaulter in any way, then the law provides for such types of punishments as administrative or public works in the amount of not more than 50 hours. To prevent this, it is necessary to pay fines in a timely manner. Unfortunately, some of them may not reach the addressee at the set time. For example, fines recorded by a traffic camera. Therefore, it is better to be sure that nothing should be done and periodically check whether there are any offenses.

Despite the fact that we do not always remember when and where we violated, under what circumstances we were fined, do not leave this matter unattended. Most often, fines are issued for offenses in the field of traffic. In this case, contact the traffic police, providing the inspectors with one of the documents - TIN or driver's license number. The database search will reflect information on all administrative fines of the traffic police that are available today.

If this option does not suit you, call the bailiffs at the place of registration, find out their work schedule and visit this authority at the appointed time of admission. They have the most complete information about all your administrative offenses - bailiffs can provide it to you in the form of a printout. After that, go to the nearest bank, fill out the necessary receipts and pay the fines.

Remember that fines for administrative offenses are not always issued directly by inspectors on the road; a large number of special cameras capture them automatically through photo and video recording. And only then are receipts for payment of fines for the offense committed, which are sent to the registration address of the car owner. If your registration address and actual place of residence do not match, take the trouble to independently check for fines in the traffic police.

More recently, it was possible to find out about your unpaid fines only in the above ways. But now the system is much simpler for ordinary citizens. It became possible to obtain the necessary information through special portals. The site gibdd.ru is one of them. Only the owner of the car will be able to receive the necessary information, because when filling out the application, you will need to enter data such as a state number and a certificate of registration of the car. In order to find out about the presence of a fine on the main page of the site, hover over the "Services" menu section and select the "Check fines" item. Enter the requested information and click Request Verification. The service will ask you to enter a captcha. As a result, you should get the result of the check. If no fines are found, a green record will appear about this.

Have your passport and TIN on hand to fill in certain fields. At present, the system for citizens to find out about their administrative offenses has been significantly simplified. It is enough to have the Internet at home or at work. Go to the website gosuslugi.ru or the official website of your regional or district inspection, enter your personal data in the corresponding section "online service" and get the necessary information on all fines accrued to you. Print automatically generated receipts and pay them at the bank.

The bailiff service also has its own website, where you can look at the presence or absence of offenses for which you must pay a fine. On the main page of the site there is a form to fill out, thanks to which you can find out about the availability of fines. Enter your last name, first name, middle name and city. The system may also ask for your date of birth. As a result, you will receive information about the presence or absence of fines.

Fines belong to the category of material compensation for violations of traffic rules committed by the driver, recorded by traffic police officers or specialized video and photo recording systems.

The amount of the fine is directly proportional to the severity of the offense committed.

How to find a fine by order number

With the development of a network of traffic registrars, the misdemeanors of drivers began to be recorded automatically, with the imposition of the minimum amount of a fine provided for a particular type of offense.

Very often, the information about what came into the field of view of the fixing device, the driver finds out after receiving a notification about the application of penalties to him.

The notice contains the following information:

  • Name of the offender
  • the date and time of the offense,
  • scene,
  • composition and circumstances of the offense,
  • the amount of the fine
  • if the violation was recorded by a video camera or a photographic device - a photograph of the car with a clear state registration number.

The notice shall be accompanied by a receipt for payment of the fine.

The data from the "letter of happiness" can be checked by the number of the decision:

  1. On the ,
  2. On the portal gosuslugi.ru (pre-registration required),
  3. You can also find out about the presence of penalties by the number of the driver's license and by the state registration number of the car on the traffic police website.

You can contact the traffic police department directly, where you are required to provide the necessary information.

Here is the order number.

How and where to pay the fine

The form of the penalty receipt contains payment details, so for payment you only need to choose any convenient method:

  1. Through bank terminals - most ATMs have software installed that allows you to perform various financial transactions. Including the payment of fines.
  2. Post Office - A receipt or a foreclosure order will be required for payment.
  3. Via Internet banking - funds are debited from the offender's settlement account online after filling in the relevant fields of the payment order.
  4. Using a virtual wallet WebMoney or Yandex money.
  5. By contacting the bank branch directly and depositing funds through the cashier.
  6. From mobile phone balance.

The legislation provided for a 50% discount for violators who repay debts within 20 days period from the date of the decision.

How to check if the fine has been paid

Since the database is not updated immediately, your payment may not be reflected in the accounting system, and you will be listed as a debtor. Failures in the system are also likely, and no one has canceled the human factor.

You can control the payment of a fine in the following ways:

  1. Contact the traffic police department at your place of residence.
  2. Register on the Unified Portal of State Services and obtain the necessary information.
  3. Using the official website of the traffic police, by filling out the appropriate request form.
  4. Through Sberbank onlineby selecting the section "Payments and transfers" - "traffic police" - "Payment of fines" - "Search for fines". In the absence of information about the repayment of a previously paid fine, the search engine will issue a fine for payment.
  5. Service "Payment for public services". Information is provided by the number of the decision or by the driver's license.
  6. Websites: www. moishtrafi.ru
  7. In some regions, a service for checking the presence of a fine via SMS is available, but for each existing fine, 5 rubles will be removed from the phone balance.
  8. You can check the fine through the bailiff service http://fssprus.ru/.

To avoid misunderstandings, receipts with a mark on the payment of the fine should be kept for at least two years.

Responsibility for non-payment of a fine for traffic violations

Based on h.1 Article. 32.2. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, the driver must pay the full amount of the fine within 60 days after the decision on violation of traffic rules enters into force.

Failure to comply with this requirement, as well as the payment of a fine not in full, is the basis for applying to the debtor one of the types of administrative penalty or certain actions on the part of bailiffs.

The law provides for a period of 10 days to appeal the decision.

If in due time the amount of the fine does not go to the treasury, then the first attentive inspector, having stopped the car to check the documents, will reveal the fact of delay with all the ensuing consequences:

  1. Failure to comply with the decision entails an increase in the amount of the previously imposed fine twice, and the new fine cannot be less than 1 thousand rubles.
  2. Involvement in the mandatory performance of public works up to 50 hours.
  3. Imprisonment under administrative arrest up to 15 days.

Arrest is not applied in cases of detection of violations by cameras of the traffic recorder.

The traffic police inspector has the full right to detain the violator and take him to court to decide on additional administrative penalties or to the police department (on weekends), where a “forgetful” citizen can spend up to 48 hours in a preliminary detention cell, waiting for the court to start working. The violator's car will be sent to the impound.

Another scenario is that data on non-payment of a fine is sent to the FSSP. The bailiff-executor makes a decision on the collection of the debt and takes appropriate measures:

  • levies execution on the debtor's property, cash, securities;
  • with a total amount of unpaid fines of 10 thousand rubles or more, the bailiff may establish a restriction on the debtor's departure outside the country.

If the fine is not paid after the initiation of enforcement proceedings, the amount is increased by 7% of the enforcement fee (at least 500 rubles).

If two years have passed since the entry into force of the decision, the fine is canceled (part 1 of article 39.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation as amended by the Federal Law of April 21, 2011 No. 71-FZ).
